The Straffers
Â
Rabaul, November 1943Â
Â
Rabaul, like Truk, her sister citadel in the Carolines, was destined to be by-passed by our invasion forces, but would be completely cleared of all air and naval power in the process. There were many strikes carried out against Rabaul; the most bloddy of all probably being that of 2 November 1943. Intelligence reported

CM Notes
Destroy the CVs and Cruisers in the following task groups: C74, C75, and C76. Then jump all the task groups very near Port 34 and place them in a small triangle way point path. Dial up the respawn time of the task groups so they will stay near the port and not respawn.
