SPECIAL RULES
==========
1.) This is a one-life event.
2.) Minimum and maximum numbers for planes must be followed by both sides.
3.) Severe penalties will be imposed for plane limit violations.
4.) Bomber formations are enabled but not required.
5.) Numbers for the Allied bombers are numbers of pilots, and do not count
drones.
6.) Allies must launch SIX (6) attacks by bomber groups.
7.) Each of the six Allied attacks must include at least 10 bombers (pilots,
not drones)
8.) Each of the six Allied attacks must include only one type of bomber.
9.) Only B-17, B-24, and B-29 bombers may carry air-to-ground ordnance.
10.) Bombsight calibration is AUTOMATIC (MA standard).
11.) USAAF fighters may strafe ground targets, but will only score points for
guns.
12.) Allied bombers must normally fly at an altitude between 14,000 and 28,000
feet.
13.) Allied bombers returning home (flying westbound) after dropping their bomb
load may fly lower than 14,000 feet.
14.) Severe penalties will be imposed for bomber altitude limit violations.
15.) Allies may use air-launches for all planes.
16.) Axis planes are never allowed to enter the no-fly zone west of the 5-X map
sectors. (See red line running north-south on strat map.)
17.) Allied planes are not allowed to re-enter Axis airspace after they have
flown westward into the no-fly zone.
18.) Severe penalties will be imposed for no-fly zone violations.
19.) Allied planes may land at any base west of the 4-X map sectors. (See blue
line running north-south on strat map.)
20.) Any planes in flight at T+120 will be counted as lost to enemy action.

Axis side scores points for each target at an attacked base that is NOT
